OUR VILLAGES

HomeHaven

What is the Village Model?

The Village Model aims to promote aging in place for community-dwelling older adults.

HomeHaven’s “hub and spoke” model allows the individual spokes -- the villages in the neighborhoods and towns of Greater New Haven -- to develop their own activities, which are open to all. Our central office -- our hub -- provides common services, information, and programming.
